so sad and pissed at myself. i could have eaten so much less today.. i had like a thousand calories. I haven’t had that much in like a month and a half. I’ve been sticking to a strict 500-600 calorie a day diet. FUCK FUCK FUCK, so sad. This is terrible. all i’m gonna have tomorrow is coffee and maybe some alcohol i swear
